Plasma Nucleus Program

The plasma farmer concept is based on a nucleus partnership program whereby farmers are assigned to ponds – typically one pond per family – who are then responsible for the cultivation of their respective ponds. CP Prima provides these farmers with quality fry and feed, electricity and water, aquaculture training, support and monitoring. The farmers also follow strict guidelines on standard operating procedures from the Company, pertaining to closed water management and waste disinfection system, full biosecurity measures, and step-by-step approach to 120-day cultivation cycle.
