The Company encourages shareholders to attend the Meeting electronically through the Electronic General Meeting System of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (eASY.KSEI) available on KSEI’s website at akses.ksei.co.id, considering that physical attendance at the AGMS venue is limited to a maximum of 30 (thirty) participants.
Shareholders attending the AGMS physically are required to present the attendance confirmation email issued by the Company as proof that the attendance verification and validation process has been duly completed.
The following procedures must be completed in order to register for physical attendance at the AGMS:
- Shareholders are required to complete the shareholder information/data through the link provided at the end of this announcement. The link will be accessible as of the date of the AGMS invitation.
- The registration link will be closed once the physical attendance quota has been reached.
- Shareholders must ensure that the email address provided in the registration form is valid and active, as such email address will be used to deliver the registration confirmation as proof of physical attendance registration.
- Shareholders attending the AGMS in person are required to present the registration confirmation email during the registration process at the AGMS venue.
- On-site registration for physical attendance at the AGMS venue will be closed 30 (thirty) minutes prior to the commencement of the AGMS.
